We are qualified commercial drone operators, providing drone surveys that include high-quality images and video footage of subject buildings. This enables us to accurately and efficiently capture the condition of high-level components that are often difficult to assess from ground level.
A drone survey can identify defects and maintenance issues that may not be visible during a traditional ground inspection. It is also a much more time- and cost-effective method compared to conventional access solutions such as scaffolding or cherry pickers, with minimal disruption to residents, tenants, or daily business operations.
