Our Gold Standard Building Survey (RICS Level 3 Equivalent) is our most detailed residential survey, designed for clients who require a comprehensive and in-depth assessment of a property prior to purchase.

It provides a full, independent and evidence-based evaluation of the building’s construction and condition, identifying defects, their likely causes, and the implications they may have for the property. This survey is particularly suitable for older, larger, altered or more complex buildings, or properties that require a deeper level of investigation.

Each survey is individually carried out and tailored to the specific property being inspected. We focus on providing clear, practical interpretation of findings, helping you understand not just what issues exist, but what they mean for you in real terms.

As standard, our service includes a drone roof inspection where appropriate, allowing us to safely assess otherwise inaccessible areas such as roofs and chimneys. This enhances the level of detail and completeness of our inspection and supports a more thorough understanding of the property.

They provide a detailed breakdown of the building’s construction, condition, defects, potential risks, along with clear advice on necessary repairs, maintenance priorities, and any further investigations that may be required.
