We are a small, family-run, RICS Regulated practice providing independent building surveys and expert property advice to home buyers, homeowners and property investors throughout Northern Ireland.
Seán McGoldrick BSc (Hons) MRICS MRPSA
Managing Director- Chartered Building Surveyor
Seán is a Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS) with a BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying and over 12 years’ experience in the property and construction industry. He has worked across both small specialist practices and larger multi-disciplinary consultancies, as well as with social landlords, providing a broad foundation in building pathology, construction techniques and property assessment. He has a particular interest in older and traditional buildings, with a keen appreciation of their construction methods, materials and long-term performance.
In 2020, Seán achieved Chartered status with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and is also a full member of the Residential Property Surveyors Association (RPSA). This reflects his commitment to maintaining high professional standards and delivering reliable, independent advice.
Seán specialises in residential property surveys for home buyers, homeowners and property investors across Northern Ireland. His focus is on providing clear, practical, evidence-based and impartial advice that helps clients understand the condition of a property and make confident, informed decisions.
As a qualified A2 CofC commercial drone operator, he incorporates aerial inspections where appropriate, enhancing the level of detail and completeness of his surveys.
His approach is professional, thorough and client-focused, with a strong emphasis on clear communication and helping clients understand not just the findings of a survey, but what they mean in practical terms.

Emma works as a dedicated classroom assistant, where she supports children in their learning and development - a role she is highly passionate about and excels in.
Alongside this, she plays an important role in our family-run business, helping to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. She manages enquiries, prepares quotations, and oversees administration and invoicing.
Her caring nature and strong attention to detail are reflected in everything she does, both in the classroom and within the business, helping ensure a professional and well-organised service for our clients.
