Appointed by a private client to undertake a comprehensive Level 3 Building Survey of a circa an early 1900’s altered and extended two-bedroom mid-terrace solid brick property.

Fire safety concerns, including missing smoke alarms, no alternative means of escape, and gaps in the party wall
